too much?! you ate less than 1000 calories, and being in cross country you burn at leas 500 cals per day! You actually do need to eat more hon. Do not worry about eating too much, you burn a lot of calories and you need the energy from good food. Eat at least three good meals a day (snacks are optional, but good for you if chosen wisely) and drink plenty of water (you really DONT want to dehydrate). You need to nurture your body well in order to run well. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR RACE!
