Does He Really Like Me ?

Ohkayee , Theres this Boy , And Ii Really Like him , Like I REALLY Like him , & He Said He Liked Me To . . . Sorta ( I asked him and he was like mmmmmm . . . hmmmm) Loll , But anyway Im not Really Sure if I he Like me , He calls me Baby and stuff and We Talk on the Phone (Rarely) and he says he loves me & what not But When I try to Call him he doesnt answer & I send him Messages and they Always say "Read" but not Replied , Like I know if someone says I love you , why would they lie but Really I just Want to know why he Doesnt Like to Show it , More Often When hes Given the Chance .
