Will Racism return to what it once was? Is it now more about 2 divided cultures?

This is perhaps the worst place to post a well thought and well written question, No one here has the intellectual capacity to read your question and respond in a mature manner. In response to your question, i believe those a are isolated incidents i do not believe racism will ever return to what it once was in regards to Black/White racism, since Blacks have fought hard to usher in civil rights, Now Hispanics are fighting for illegal immigrants and immigration laws.
