Can someone help me with my blood pressure questions? thank you.?

normal blood pressure is 120/80 but EVERYONE is different. Your 109/83 is completely fine and nothing to worry about. You heart rate is fine as well, just thinking about taking the blood pressure probably made your heart rate go up. If you are really concerned go to your doctor though but i'm positive they will tell you the same thing.
