My Pokemon Elite 4 teams. Please help.?

there is a problem with torterra.it knows an HM that has 50- attack power with no STAB,so it's an HM slave.you don't need cut to get to the pokemon league, so yo might as well replace it with crunch and replace razor leaf with leaf storm.instead of whirlpool feraligat'r should know hydro cannon,taught in blackthorn city.
