TV Licence at University Halls?

If you're only planning to use it as a monitor then no. You should be sent a letter to your flat telling you to buy a tv licence, they send them to everyone. It has a phone number on it, call them and tell them you have a tv but its being used as a monitor, they will tell you someone will be round to check. No one usually turns up.
