Why does he keep lookin at me? Please help!!?

i really like this kid and i think he likes me back. everyday in cl i can see him lookin at me when he walks by or if he's in his seat and i walk by. he jus looks into my eyes and keeps walkin, and its very subtle in the way he does it. in cl, he'll sometimes turn completely around and just look at me, then he'll turn around quickly if i look back at him. in lunch, i can see him lookin at me from his table and he'll quickly look away when i look back at him. in cl, when im on the other side of the room i can see him lookin at me, but he just has a straight face, no smile and not makin faces like he's thinkin about something. when i see him in the hallways, he'll sometimes smile and will jus look straight into my eyes. when he's talkin to his friends, it seems like sometimes his voice gets louder, or he'll try and say somethin funny. while walkin into lunch, he'll look down at my table right at me, and walk to his table. today he walked in talkin to his friend, stopped for a second, smiled at me and continued walkin with his friend. when i walk to my bus, if im behind him talkin to my friend he'll just turn around and look at me then continue walking. also, he and his friends have talked about me in the past to my friend and yesturday in the hallway my friend and i were in front of him and his friends and we heard them talkin about us and he said my name 2 times. then i turned around, and he stopped talkin and jus looked at me.. its really confusing cause we dont talk that often but i no him and he nos me. he's not really that shy but it seems like at times he is shy around me, i do get very shy around him sometimes but im naturally a shy person btw. does this mean he likes me? and if he does what should i do cause i do like him?? how should i look at him, and talk to him??? help!!
