its because you have an intel gma card, the game doesn't truly support integrated gpu's. Plus, what is your processor? I run the game on windows 7 ultimate with a 3ghz Pentium 4 and it runs really well, but I have 2.5gb of ram and a $70 bfg nvidia geforce 8400gs. you need to get a dedicated gpu. Then again, is your system 32 or 64 bit cause many people think they have 32 bit when they really have 64.
