My wife is infertile?

My wife and I have 3 children we would like to have more but yesterday we found out she is now infertile (do to an infection she had after the birth of our youngest son, Kris.) I still want to have more children, and since I really want to p on my own genetics I would like to find someone else that can have children for me, not like a second wife but more like a woman or maybe 2 or 3 with the same beliefs as I have that would like a strong-political couple like my wife and I to raise them. This can be done through science (like insemination) or the old fashion way. How should I present this to my wife? without making her feel like she is less then a woman?
