How do you start dating again after genital warts clear for a year?

yep, got genital warts.just one, using aldara and it is great! I am going to wait 18 months and then figure I should go on living my life. However, I don't know how I will go about telling someone I just met, like, and want to have with. I hate knowing this is the only thing that will make women not want anything to do with me eventhough tons of women have hpv. Both me and my ex had it and I though we would get married. Now, that's not the case and I feel like I can never get on with dating or a relationship again. It really does make me feel tainted or ashamed. Any help, please!
