Easy wash off Mascara and Eyeliner.....does it exist ???

I know this question goes against everything "us women" want from Mascara and Eyeliner, but due to my sensitive skin, I need something easy to wash off and won't stay on forever and ever. So, here goes: Can anyone recommend a great mascara that looks good going on, but washes off in one washing? Reason, I can't use make up removers on my face as they irritate and the only tried and true makeup remover that works without irritating is good old fashion Vaseline. The thing is I don't know any Mascara and Eyeliners that wash off easily because it "isn't" in demand...... so I dare ask out of desperation....is there such an animal as easy wash off mascara and eyeliner, if so......please please please enlighten me.
