Carlos Delgado retired today..With 473 Hr's & 1,500 RBI & no steroids allegations is he a hall of famer?

Sadly no.With the buzz generated by the PED crowd, he was never a dominant player. Never won an MVP and he was never on the list of most feared hitters in the game. This is also part of the fallout from the PED mess in baseball. Minus the sluggers who were hogging all of the attention he probably would be a HOF member.
