Any legal advise for marital woes in PA?

My house belonged to me when my husband and I got married. We've been married for ten years. He is extremely verbally and emotionally abusive and I want his key and for him to move out. I wish it was today.... I have not started any legal action yet. I just want his key. How long do I have to wait?
