Am I a victim of slander/libel?

Recently I searched my name on google and 3 very sickening dating service ads appeared, with my name and photo. I am a minor, and I have a pretty good idea of who did this (a school bully who has been at it for a while). The info (of a ual nature) posted on my fake "profile" is outrageous and disgusting. I showed my parents, and I'm telling the school tomorrow (with the print-out and the link on file). The bully who did this was recently expelled, yet continues to har me. Is there any further action I can take? Please help
